Holly Hiles-Kolberg is a dedicated human services professional with 25 years of experience driving program leadership, quality assurance, and compliance. Throughout her career, she has excelled in key roles as a program manager, quality assurance specialist, and guardian coordinator, maintaining a core focus on complex regulatory adherence and person-centered service planning. Holly’s connection to Sound Response began early in her career supporting residents who used now NOSS services, giving her a unique, firsthand perspective on the organization’s long-term growth and evolution. Her professional journey also includes valuable regional experience working across Minnesota and North Dakota. Passionate about community engagement and inclusion, Holly also dedicated several years to coaching multiple sports with the Special Olympics of North Dakota.
