Danielle (Dani) Chilson

Co-Owner & Founder

Danielle (Dani) Chilson is the Co-Owner and Founder of Night Owl Support Systems (NOSS), which provides Remote Support Services to individuals in over 20 states. Dani’s passion for supporting people with disabilities began at an early age and has guided both her education and career. Growing up with a family member who sustained a permanent injury during military service inspired her lifelong dedication to advocacy, inclusion, and independence for people with disabilities. Dani assisted in developing the Sound Response Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Waisman Center, a pioneering initiative that laid the groundwork for NOSS. In 2007, she co-founded NOSS to bring the same innovative, best-practice remote support model to individuals residing outside Dane County, Wisconsin. Throughout her career, Dani has focused on promoting full inclusion and person-centered support through technology and compassionate service delivery. In addition to leading NOSS, she serves as a guardian for a gentleman with autism in Madison and contributes her expertise on several coalitions and nonprofit boards. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
